FROM THE AUTHOR.
This book is my invention, gift to you, human, my friend. You have the right to ask: "why?". I shall answer to you. In our day we mainly live by mind, not realizing life in our physical body and we entirely forgotten that we also have "an emotional body". We suffer and sick, because we suppress negative emotions in ourselves, and they accumulate in the physical body. It makes us not only unhealthy, but transforms our life into crazy dream.
Arousing is such a condition at which person realizes himself as a creator of his own future and takes a responsibility for his life to himself, and only to himself. I can also say of myself: how long I slept! What a painful nightmares I dreamed of! What a difficult and painful was awakening! But, thank God, it happened! Now I know something and something felt.
In our life we live by head. We speculate, dream of something, and the time comes when that what we so passionately aspired for - fulfilled, and we understand that our dreams were executed.
But somehow something is missing. Something's got out, and there is no happiness… Did you notice anything like that?
Doesn't matter what you wanted - a big beautiful house or intellectual acquisitions. Receiving that what you so passionately aspired, after a time you suddenly feel a slight disappointment, and after you getting accustomed, and the life again somehow loses its sharpness. It happens even in love. You searched for some ideal, your love, and… once it came - you are on the top of happiness, you model your new and perfect future, but… Again something is missing! But what? As in a tastiest soup, prepared of qualitative products by loving hand, all the same - something does not suffice - some spice (might be pepper, maybe something else). Same is in our, even very successful and happy life, there is not enough of completeness of feelings for women and of sharpness of sensations for men. And we search for these sensations in addictions, and we produce in ourselves an adrenaline by acts of adjoining with crimes. Believe, in each person, somewhere deep inside there is a thief, either killer, a great combinator or a cheat is hiding.
But we try to hide these feelings not only from other people but also from ourselves. So, my first book is a tablet № 1 - enabling to liberate both the emotions - negative and positive, to live them through, to accept and to return to self completeness of all feelings and to sharpness of sensations without auxiliary means of spirits, drugs, roulettes and etc.
The non-lived emotions create in body a stagnant energy, which causes not only physical, but also mental illnesses. Through the play of imagination my book would help you to settle uncompleted emotions and to liberate accumulated deeply dug hatred, rage and pain of insults and humiliations. And, as result, will begin a process of healing oneself without interference of psychics and healers.
Look up closely - millions of ways are invented, with aid of which we can cure physical body and spirit, but, for some reason, everybody forgotten of our emotional body. And indeed not in vain people say that all illnesses are from nerves. And nerves - our "body of emotions".
The book will help you to remain alone with yourself, to relax and to go through those emotions of which we can't even say.
It is possible to name this book "a confession of a sinner", some will say - it is impossible to be so frank, but I couldn't do differently. Only like that, my reader, you will be able to remember your own past, to understand how they are similar - your and my past and future. In the same way is similar the future of all people, and there is no point to envy - only open yourself and understand. Then you can help yourself to reconcile your feelings and reason. That is exactly for our reason there are not enough of sharp sensations and it presses our emotions because it is afraid for our body and safeguards it, assists to survive in this world and then suffers from it itself. And the feelings fall ill, resulting in closed circle and in war inside us. If we help ourselves - a self-healing will begin.
The book is conceived to reconcile heart and reason.
I express my specific worship and respect to woman, as a bearer of life and as a most vulnerable in the domain of feelings. That's woman who more lives by feelings, not by reason, and consequently suffers thousand time stronger than man. Exactly she, beginning with youth, undergoes a deceit of feelings, and then, throughout the life, prone to it more and more. She is deceived at first by marriage, then children deceive her hopes and expectations. She learns so much pain and for so many years waits, hoping and suffering!..
I want to help you, my dear woman, to recognize yourself in me. Yes, that is you, but look up closely: it is also Russia, and could be just any Mother Land, or Mother Earth herself. You, Russia, Earth - the same, you know this?
On the cover I'd put picture of a Mother with closed face. Do you know - why this Mother closed her face? May be she hides her tears and her pain? And you? Do you often hide pain in yourself? May be you forgot how to cry because people did freeze your heart?
I was writing this book so that each person would find in it himself for herself. My imagination and reality got interlaced, and where one ends and another begins is obscure. But one and another - reality. And we look to it due to imagination, not through fears, anger, doubts and blaming - we see things as they are, without any embroidery. And our mind is reconciling and clearing. This process is called forgiveness and repentance.
People unhappy, because they are slaves of their emotions, and our mood, good and bad, depend on other people. Did it occur to you that our relatives, friends and acquaintances hold us under control? That is because of them we become evil and heartless. Such is the reality. And the conclusion arises that we are helpless! Look, all try to manipulate one another. Well, really, is that not insulting?!
Ones I felt sorry not only for myself, but also for others, and I thought of series of books which I hope will help to each person to restore own force and step on way of healing. And it will come when you feel that people no longer can manipulate you, as it was possible for them earlier. At first you will have a feeling of freedom among natives and close relatives and you will return to yourself that love of which you not even dreamed. And then - freedom from manipulating by state and other establishments, unions, societies... You will not lose your authority, but on the contrary - just acquire. And you will understand it yourselves, as if a bag with stones would fall from your soul, you'll start to breathe easier. The first and main: you'll breathe nicely, you'd want to sing and dance. It means you'd get rid of such illnesses as heart attacks and strokes.
In this book you will meet with heroes among which there will be some real people, beside them - long known characters of our favourite books and some images invented by me. Their future interlaces. For example - you will meet with Assol, a heroine of А. Green "Scarlet sails" and Frezi Grant, a heroine of "Running on waves". They are getting in nowadays, and their future is changing. And you will open Assol in yourself, and again you would see an image of Russia in her, an image of Earth and of awaiting, patient, all-forgiving and merciful Love. And you would want to help to Assol, means - to yourself, to Russia and to Earth.
We will search for ways of rescue together in the subsequent books.
You'd ask: but what about men? Believe, I didn't forget of you, my dears. I remember that you prefer to live by your mind, you don't have enough of piquancy of sensations and of excitement of search. Indeed in each of you lives a researcher and a discoverer. Did you try to open world through career, money, roulette, or vodka? Not that?! Want something more spicy? I offer you food for mind, spicy, very spicy. For a delicate and conceiving mind I announce: in text of the book there are many implications, thousands of riddles and answers. A discovering of hidden senses and implications, a decoding will bring some gladness and surprise. Search for them and you will learn a greatest pleasure named inspiration. Main principle of the book is a smooth transformation of one image to another. But laws wasn't infringed anywhere, and moment of truth exists in each line. The captain asks my beauty on the ship: “What expects us ahead?” And she answers. You should also find an answer. I will only prompt what that is a question of cause effect relationships, which should come into action in your nice head, connecting the work of right hemisphere with left one. It should give us some answers: this is happened (why?) because… But many people, almost all, they have this connections torn, and all information with which this world feeds us is directed to breakage of these communications. Indeed such person would be easier controlled and manipulated. It began not today - it lasts for millennia. How to jump out from such inveterate misfortune? I thought about it from the early childhood and myself conducted an experience of tyranny and manipulation. And I understood something. I know now the way it shouldn't be. Because by learning the way it shouldn't be, you live it and it does not come back to you never, but in your hands - a golden fish of all searches and failures - a sole good luck, a happy case and name to it: now I know how I should.

Because no matter who you are, no matter who I am, we exist in a triune world. This world is defined by our physical body, feelings and reason. Our feelings allow to come into contact with Earth and to acquire that pole which we lost long ago - subconsciousness of our planet and force of all elements, forces of nature are stored in it. To establish this communication we should run in such unknown subject, which I would name "a culture of feelings". Without it to come into contact with Earth will be not possible. My first book leads you to the country of childhood through falsity of the ocean of feelings. The second book will tell of culture and etiquette of the ocean, will help to master them.
Feelings and emotions of person resembling a wild-growing plants, and need a cultivation, a correct processing, maintenance and some weeding, as on a well-groomed gardening section. Only by cultivating our emotions and relieving them from weeds and all kinds of wreckers we will be able to grow out of lowest self and to incorporate with Earth's energy to acquire our true Mother, from which all of us get out and to which we leave.
Learning and feeling of this process opens in ourselves a magnificent celestial animal, which possesses surprising qualities of cats, dogs, and all animals, of birds, and plants - only then we restore our second pole - contact with our high self, with our patrimonial energy of sources, we will enter Father's house.
The first book will end, and the heroes will not be able to enter Father's house. Who is this Father? There is something to think about, there is something to feel. So let start to understand where we all coming from, and how from nothing something turns out.
